An audience segment is a specific group of people you're speaking to — defined by their age, intention, or the type of content that brought them to you. When someone clicks your Instagram or TikTok link, our system reads a segment code embedded in that link and the AI instantly generates a version of your landing page written specifically for that person — their pain points, their desires, their version of your product's story. A visitor from your anti-aging content sees a completely different page than a visitor from your luxury lifestyle content. Same site, same products — different conversation.
The monthly service plan is optional and starts only when your project goes live. At checkout you'll see a single opt-in toggle — keep it on and we'll securely save your card so billing begins automatically on your launch date; uncheck it and you'll only be charged the setup amount today. The monthly fee is completely separate from the setup price and the Pay-in-Full / Deposit payment plans — those split only the build cost. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime from your dashboard.
All timelines listed are estimates based on typical project scope and client responsiveness. Actual completion dates depend on how quickly we receive assets, feedback, and approvals from you. The more responsive you are, the faster we move.
Each deliverable stage includes one structured revision round. Revisions are defined as adjustments within the agreed project scope — refining copy, adjusting design direction, swapping products, or fine-tuning segments. Revisions are not full redesigns or scope changes.
If the direction shifts beyond the original agreed scope — for example, rebuilding the entire site concept, changing the product, or restructuring the audience strategy from scratch — this constitutes a new engagement. We'll pause the current project, assess what's been completed, and present a new proposal for the revised direction.
You'll immediately receive a confirmation email and access to your client portal. Your onboarding form will be waiting for you. We'll schedule your strategy call within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake.
Yes. Your client portal includes an add-on catalog where you can activate additional services at any time — extra audience segments, email sequences, TikTok Shop integration, monthly reports, and more.
Deposits are non-refundable once your build slot is confirmed and strategy work has begun. If you need to pause a project, we'll hold your completed work and resume when you're ready, within 6 months.
Your completed onboarding form, access to your Meta Business Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager, your domain registrar login, and any existing brand assets (logo, colors, photos). We'll guide you through everything in your strategy call.

Timeline estimates provided in this proposal are based on standard project conditions and assume timely client participation including prompt feedback, asset delivery, and approval responses. Allora Danaan is not liable for project delays resulting from delayed client response, incomplete asset delivery, or scope changes initiated by the client.
Revision rounds are defined as refinements within the original agreed scope of work. Requests that constitute a full rebuild, concept change, or significant scope expansion will be treated as a new engagement and will require a new proposal and agreement.
All prices listed are in USD. Installment payments are charged automatically to the card on file on the same day each month following the initial deposit. Missed or failed payments may result in project pause until the account is current.
This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date it was issued. Build slots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and are not held without a signed agreement and deposit.
